Booking and general information

The nearest station (Farnham) to both venues is an hour from London Waterloo by train. Potters Gate School is about 1 mile from the station, and Frensham Heights is about 3 miles so please let us know how you will be travelling (ie car or train) and how many spare seats you have so that we can coordinate lifts from the station for those arriving by train.

Participants are advised to bring:

  • your own lunch (for Frensham) - there are no local shops or restaurants due to the venue's isolated position. There is a Waitrose near to Potters Gate School.
  • sports clothing
  • tabi boots or trainers with a good grip
  • earplugs if you need them

We will provide tea, coffee and refreshments.

Please note that the fee is non-refundable except in the event of workshop cancellation by us. The fee is however transferable to another person of your choice, or someone on the waiting list (if there is a waiting list), should you be unable to attend.
